Results from sequencing
There a mistake, it seems that we have the T amber instead of Lac/Tet stuff ... Let's restart again to make sure of it.
Restarting since the PCR Purification
- Digestion with ES and XS only for LacI/GFP
- Gel extraction and TECAN
- Ligation
