Wednesday 22/6
We started with introductory lectures in systems biology with Marius Eidsaa. We also discuss the different approaches and decided to work with two different models Bayesian Networks and systems of Ordinary Differential Equations, and possibly extend it to Stochastic Differential Equations.
Friday 24/6
Dizzy was installed and we started too look at how to simulate Michealis Menten reactions.
Friday 8/7

Monday 11/7

Thursday 15/7

We visited the lab to see how gelelectrophoresis was performed.
