Today we carried out a mini prep DNA extraction protocol (see our 'Methods' tab for the exact protocol we followed. We also produced glycerol stock solutions for the four biobricks we've transformed, including the Cph8 containing Biobrick BBa_M30109, the OmpR containing Biobrick BBa_R0082, The Green Luciferase and Luciferin Recovery Enzyme containing biobrick BBa_K325229, and the Luciferin Recovery Enzyme BBa_K325202.
