8 clones of each are insulated. The screening was done twice by PCR colony, but failed for KinA and TetO.

Clones were selected by Fluorescence for the fluorescent ones,a and by miniprep and digestion in XS for the others.

The good clones where replicated for glycerols and minipreped for electroporation on the 20/09.
