Purpose:
Gogreen PCR will check to see if the ompA is in the plasmid. The digestion will check to see if the plasmid and gene are present.
Procedures:
-Gogreen PCR is as before
-Digest was scaled down to a 10 uL reaction.
Results:
All 8 tubes were positive for the ompA gene.
