Purpose:
Redo the digest of both insert and vector.
Procedure
-Use NdeI and NotI with NEB Buffer 3.
-Add 0.4 uL of BSA to prevent degradation or star activity (most likely due to NdeI).
-Check the products after 1-2 hours to see if degradation occurred.
