- ligase buffer: 6 uL
- H2O: 3 uL
GFP tube
- vector (2.54 ug/ml): 30 uL
- Sil (23.1 ug/ml): 13 uL
- ligase: 1 uL
- ligase buffer: 5 uL
- H2O: 1 uL
Incubate at 16 degrees for 1 hr
