Transformed TOP10 competent cells with pCph8 from Voigt lab. Tube containing pCph8 arrived severely damaged. We were able to recover 2 ul of DNA content.
envZ mutant from Voigt lab arrived in plate which was crushed. Attempted to streak a new plate.
