Nanodrop

1. Start computer

2. Clean measure surface with MilliQ

3. Pipet a MilliQ sample on measure surface

4. Click on Blanc button for calibration setting

5. Clean measure surface with tissue

6. Pipet the plasmid sample on the measure surface

7. Click on the measure button

8. Note down the measurement value in nanogram per microliter

9. Clean measure surface

10. Pipet a MilliQ sample on measure surface
