Labwork

Made O/D culture on the transformation from yesterday (RBS and promoter ligated)

Miniprep of the O/D culture and digestion of the RBS+promoter and the insert.

Made SDS PAGE and Western Blot on A1 and Control A1.

Made TLC on membrane preparations of the plant CYPs from yesterday

Made agar plates with amp and some with IPTG as well.
