pH-stat: The results of the experiment are satisfactory. pH variations produced cultures under photoperiods 4 h/4 h aren´t very high, but is enough to give us an idea how will changes in optimum growing conditions and using specific material, as a means of cultivation BG-11 and a chemostat-type bioreactor, as evidenced by the transferred results by Prof. Paula Tamagnini and Prof. Phillip Wright
