- | <p><strong>Tuesday 21st June</strong>- The control cells and 'Epic' Biobrick cells were successfully transformed. The cells transformed with the 'Banana odour' Biobrick mysteriously vanished from the incubator and were found a day later in the chill room. All other transformations failed. We repeated protocols of all unsuccessful transformations.</p>

- | <p><strong>Wednesday 22nd June</strong>- All transformations successful. Much relief. Made cultures from colonies of all transformations with the aim of making glycerol stock solutions as soon as possible.</P>
