Lab Journal
Monday 20th June - attempted transformations of E.coli with biobricks for the first time. We used the Banana odour generator; red and green luciferase; and Epic biobricks. We followed the protocol offered by the New England Biolabs for this procedure (see methods). We find out tomorrow if it worked!
