Oligos used for PCR were synthesized by [http://www.sigmaaldrich.com Sigma-Aldrich]. Sequencing was performed by [http://www.eurofinsdna.com Eurofins DNA], at a generous discount.

Modelling

All the modeling has been done by the students on the team, software tools used were [http://magnet.systemsbiology.net/software/Dizzy/ Dizzy] and [http://www.mathworks.se/products/matlab/index.html Matlab].
