2% GelPilot LE Agarose
100 mL TAE 1% Buffer
2g GelPilot LE Agarose (1,000-23,000bp)
Prepare 10 uL PCR product with 2 uL 6x Blue loading dye to be stored in 491 freezer
3B Undiluted: 1
4A 50%transformation: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13
