WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP JAMBOREE COST:

Per person attendance at the iGEM 2011 World Championship Jamboree.

TERMS:

Payment of Regional Jamboree attendance fees must be received by iGEM Headquarters by TBD -- August 2011. Payments after the due date will increase $50.00 and all payments must be received by TBD.

Payment of World Championship Jamboree attendance fees must be received by iGEM Headquarters by TBD -- October 2011. Payments after the due date will increase $50.00 and all payments must be received by TBD.

General public: payment of Jamboree attendance fee does not guarantee entrance to awards ceremony or presentation rooms. Entrance to awards ceremony and presentation rooms is dependent on space availability. Preference is given to iGEM team members, team instructors, team affiliates, followed by general public.

REFUND POLICY:

Refunds for cancellations received in writing on or before TBD will be granted less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be granted after that date. No refunds will be given for portions of the registration not being used. All refunds will be made in US dollars and will be processed in the manner in which the original payment was submitted, with the possible exception of wire payments which, at the organizers' discretion, may be refunded via check. If a refund is made via wire transfer, any bank fees will be deducted from the refund. iGEM is not responsible for cancellations or the inability of a team to travel due to weather, threat of terrorism, act of God and other events beyond iGEM's control.

INVOICES:

An invoice will be available upon completion of the iGEM 2011 Jamboree attendance form at LINK.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

Individual's attending the Jamboree must register at LINK. The following payment methods will be accepted: credit card, check, MIT account number and wire transfer. All team payments must be received on or before the due date.

Credit Card MasterCard, Visa, Discover & AMEX	You may submit online credit card payments via the team payment form at LINK.

Wire Transfer Please allow enough time for the transfer to arrive by the deadline (10-14 days)	After your submission of the team payment form at LINK, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to make your wire payment
