Today we made competent cells of a variety of different strains, then transformed them and plated the transformation with a variety of controls.
A miniprep of the successful transformation was performed, and the result was set up in glycerol stocks and frozen.
Some of the DNA was used in a digest to be run on gel tomorrow.
