Labwork

• Made O/D culture on the transformation from yesterday (RBS and promoter ligated)

• Miniprep of the O/D culture and digestion of the RBS+promoter and the insert (A1 1 and 2).

• Made SDS PAGE and Western Blot on A1 and Control A1.

• Made TLC on membrane preparations of the plant CYPs from yesterday

• Made agar plates with amp and some with IPTG as well.

• Prepared yeast assay
