Transformation of existing BioBricks and our own BioBricks went well. O/N cultures of CYP79A1 and CYP79A1, the user clones of CYP1a2 og CYP2C9 and CYP79B1, and two controles have grown in 28 degrees since saturday.

Lab Work

• O/N cultures have been prepared of the BioBricks

• Made expression culture on all 7 of our O/N cultures. See protocol Expression & Purification in BL21 We'll leave them to grow for 48 hours and hope to see protein expression.

Other Work

• We have worked on the project discription.
