16/June/2011 • Digestion of 23 L and 2M • The agarose gel was dyed with 5 µL with SYBR green • Electrophoresis , 2 hours at 70 V • We start preparing the solutions of the alkalyne lysis • And now.. an electrophoresis .. to probe 10 colonies of 2M-DH5-alpha and Top 10.
