The rest of the team have returned, happy, well rested and eager to begin working.

Lab Work

• On the A1 plate from friday, there were one colony. Big succes. We made an overnightculture.

• We checked our restrictiondigest of the alledged mutants but there was nothing to see on the gel and we have given up and thrown these "mutants" out.

• We did mutations again, with small alterations of the amounts of dNTP mix and polymerase and an altered PCR program.
