The plates with User2C9 had no colonies. The human CYPs are therefore to no use and are definitively dropped.

Labwork

• Grow cells: UserB1 and Control Bl21, Took SDS sample by 0 h.

• Made Gel, ran gel with PCR products from yesterday: A2 in new expression vector (1-8) and A2 in old expression vector (1-8). Positive result for A2 new 4,5,7,8 and A2 old 2,4,6,7.

• Miniprep on the O/N which showed a positive result on the gel.

• Transformation of positive A2s into Bl21 cells.

• Make O/N of UserB1 to sequencing tomorrow.
