Purpose:
-Test to see if the ompA was inserted into the plasmid using PCR of OmpA.
Procedures:
-Same as usual
Results:
-The gel showed evidence of the gene in the cell, so it was sent for sequencing.
-A few days later, the sequencing revealed that the gene wasnt ompA.
