Contributions

All experiments were performed by our registered team members, and we all take responsibility for the contents of our wiki page and the parts uploaded by us to the Registry of Standard Biological Parts. For detailed contributions see the list below.

Detailed contributions of the members:

Finding out the project: was a collective decision.

Gene design: is made by our kindly instructors and advisors, although they gave us the chance to learn how to design and order oligonucleotides.

Bacterial works, Cloning work: is mostly done by Undergraduate students, partly by Postgraduate masters students.

Transfections, cell works and ligand treatings: were carried out by the student members of the team.

Luciferase cotransfection assays: were done by the students with the help of one of our instructors.

Apoptosis project: were done by one of our instructors and and Undergraduate student member.

Arsenic project: done by one of our Undergraduates.

Wiki, Partsregistry and things related to registration: All of these works were carried out by the participation of all the members.
