Transformed contents of tubes 3a, 3b, 4a using transformation protocol with the following changes:
- 2µl of mutagenesis mix used instead of 1µl.
- LB media instead of SOC.
Timeline
- Transformanda on ice at 1305h.
- Heat shocked @ 1335h.
- incubating at 37˚C until 1415.
