Material:

100mM primer stock solution

Molecular grade H2O

Procedure:

1. UV the microtubes to be used for 15 min

2. thaw out the primer stocks ON ice.

3. add 10 ul of the stock solution to the microtube

4. add 90 ul of Molecular grade H2O.

5. store at -20°C
