Wednesday We got money today from the sponsors, so now we can pay for the Jamboree:)

Lab work

• Membrane preparation on A1 culture
• Made expression culture on A2, where we to out samples to control the protein expression level. See protocol Expression & Purification in BL21

Other work

• Holti has been at DTU to the human CYP's for the USER-cloning. Unfortunately they forgot to give us vector, so we have to visit them again

• Waited at least 30 min on the phone to speak with the tax office

• Worked on the safety site
