Monday

Wuuuhhuuuuu, on the plate where we plated out colonies from the psb1c3, there are only one pink, so the rest must have the insert. Unfortunately we only have the A1, so today we will try to make new digestions with A2 and B1.

Lab work

• Digest A2, B1 and psb1c3

• Make overnight cultures for tomorrow

• Do a PCR with our new primers recieved this afternoon

Other work

• try to find an bacteria expert, who can help us find a specific primer

• edit in the project distribtion

• contact other iGEM teams, to get them to make an input on the discussion page
