Wuuuhhuuuuu, om the plate where we plated out colonies from the psb1c3, there are only one pink, so the rest must have the insert. Unfortunately we only have the A1, so today we will try to make new digestions with A2 and B1.

• Digest A2, B1 and psb1c3

• try to find an bacteria expert, who can help us find a specific primer
