Biofilm quantification





This protocol aims at quantifying the adherence of any given strain in a 24 well plate.





Procedure



1. Pour 2mL of medium in each well. The most adapted medium is M63 with 0.2h/L Mannitol. Also add an osmolyte in appropriate quantity (
