- Met with our adviser Matt and agreed on final design. Implemented the design into finalized cad tool.
Wednesday
- Submitted final microfluidic design.
Thursday
- Put together CSS template for wiki homepage and content pages, as well as starting to make graphics
Friday
Lab work done by: James Mathew & Nancy Li
- GFP PCR- ed off backbone,
- Primer pair A and B were phosphorylated and annealed
Saturday
Lab work done by: James Mathew & Charlie Chung
- GFP PCR product Gel Purified, Digested, PCR clean up
- pZE-12 Backbone plasmid was miniprepped, digested, Gel Purified
- Primer pair A and B were phosphorylated and annealed
- Ligation of all three components done overnight.
