• It grows well @23°C (best in Minimal Media than LB)
• It shows almost no growth @8°C

Conclussions

As we expected our Renbo grew well at 37°C, and regular under cold shock stress (23°C) and not grew at 8°C (for that we are planning to use other promoter CspA in place of HybB).
