Data For Our Favorite New Parts

BBa_K672000 - Is able to sense nitrate and nitrites even after experiencing a cold shock at 20º C.

Data For Pre-existing Parts

BBa_K381001 - Nitrate and Nitrite sensitive promoter PyeaR with a GFP coding device and strong RBS to create a nitrate-sensitive system which signals through expression of GFP.
BBa_K410000 - This part consists of hybB-ompA-AOX1A, the AOX1A expresses in response to a cold shock.

Other Biobricks Developed

BBa_K672001 - Designed to improve the expression of the AOX1A protein in response to a cold shock by combining a CsPA promoter with the OmpA + AOX1.
BBa_K672002 - Similar to the nitrate sensor at low temperatures, but designed with a CsPA promoter instead of the HybB.
