Home made quick saliva DNA extraction protocol:

• Rinse the mouth 5 times with clean water, the last rinse must be deposited in a plastic glass

• Prepare a solution with soap and water in a beaker

• Add the soap solution to the last rinse

• Add frozen (0°C) etanol to the last rinse

• Observe how a DNA threa forms, take it and place it in an eppendorf tube.
