Practice

  • Add to a clean Eppendorf tube:
Reagent Quantity
competent Bacillus cells 400μl
DNA 3μl
  • Incubate at 37ºC for 1 hour.
  • Plate on an agar plate containing antibiotic, which allows for selection of successful transformants.
