PROJECT DESCRIPTION

 

 

At the end of the summer, we expect to built a novel genetic construct that will codify for a fusion protein, a membrane protein fragment attached to an enzyme by a linker. In order to accomplish this, we will test different combinations: two membrane proteins with two enzymes of sugar industrial interest, to obtain high fructose syrup from sucrose.
