Lysis cassette test
Investigators: Theo
Comments: cells were used with the lysis cassette transformed on Saturday
5 tubes with 2ml LB, 1 microl Chloramphenicol and 100 microl cells with the lysis cassette. Incubation of cells at 30 °C for 3 hours. Half of these cells were then heated up to 42°C. Miniprep was followed.
Digestion of PR1-PR9
Investigators: Julia, Theo
Digestion of PR1, PR2, PR3, PR4, PR5, PR6, PR7, PR8 and PR9.
Enzyme 1: XhoI
Enzyme 2: PstI
Samples were then loaded onto a gel.
