Spectrophotometry Results

• It grows well @23°C (best in Minimal Media than LB)
• It shows almost no growth @8°C

Conclussions

As we expected our Renbo grew well at 37°C, and regular under cold shock stress in LB (23°C) and not grew at 8°C.
But not grew better than the For temperature below 15°C we are planning to use other promoter (CspA in place of HybB).
