We did:

1-Preparation of TAE 1X.

2. Electrophoresis in TAE 1X with products of PCR with Rh1AB primers (8/14/11).

3.Autoclave LB medium for competent cells.

4.Verified growth of bacteria (Not growth appropriately).

5. Reformulate protocol for competent cells.
