gel electrophoresis at 0.6% of Agarose

  • well 1: ladder 100pb
  • well 2: BBa_B4 pVeg+ SpoVg cut by EcoR1 and SpeI
  • well 4: BBa_E0040 cut by XbaI and Pst1
  • well 6: pHyperSpank,121pb, cut by XbaI and Pst1, didn't work

gel purification

  • well 1: ladder 100pb
  • from well 2: BBa_B4 pVeg+ SpoVg cut by EcoR1 and SpeI, concentration of DNA=6,3ng/µL after refiltration
  • from well 4: BBa_E0040 cut by XbaI and Pst1,concentration of DNA=13ng/µL
