Spectrophotometry

• It grows well @23°C (best in Minimal Media than LB)
• It shows almost no growth @8°C

Results. From the results we obtained during our last electrophoresis, we believe that the ligatoin process did not occur properly. This is a significant source of error that can explain why, even tho the other parts that composed the BB grew in Minimal Media @23°C, our BB did not grow properly.
