• We sterilized all the material for the calcium competent cells
• Now, we do the calcium competent cells
• Top 10 and DH5- alpha ->in plates with Km, Ap, without antibiotics
• Transformation in the microwave of : 16K, 20B, 14N, 22P, 2M
• We ALMOST burnt the lab down…. Thanks to Chucho
