NYC-iGEM wetware

Iterative transformation, inoculation, miniprep. Prepared 20+ E. coli genes for assembly into our radioresistance biobricks.

Also, looked into using the screening plasmid, pSB1A10, for future transformations and how to correctly use the pBAD promoter.

Yossi and David leave for Camp Simcha to teach science and synthetic biology to campers!
