• Our 30 of july calciocompetents were frozen so.. we have to do another calciocompetent cells
• Digestion ->13L+8G+2M+22P+SacC+24C
• Ligation ->13L+8G+2M+22P+SacC+24C
• Tranformation of 13L+8G+2M+22P+SacC+24C with electrocompetent cells.
