Lab Work
- Took the last A2 sample for the SDS-PAGE assey.
- Run a SDS-PAGEon A2.
- Membrane preparation on A2
- Colony PCR on A1 and A2 in pSB1C3 follwed by gel electroforesis. The biobricks were ligated into the plasmid:)
