Human Practices is a pillar of iGEM that have some loose guidelines... which I (Laura) LOVE because there is so much room for creativity and innovation.

I have outlined below some of our main objectives under the Objectives Tab

-. Build bridges between individuals, communities and countries.
-  a. The focus is not on ourselves, it is about bridging the gap between researchers of synthetic biology and those outside of this field.

-We are going to be delivering a workshop at Vancouver Science World and also tending a booth during the University of British Columbia's orientation day for undergraduates.
-It will be a great opportunity to deploy some of the available iGEM outreach resources (http://openwetware.org/wiki/IGEM_Outreach) and also recruit new team members for next year!
