Removed 6 mutagenesis tubes from freezer labled as Mutagenesis P,R and T products grown up and spun down
The contents of these tubes was vortex-ed and poured into its corresponding centerfuge tube above each tube was rinsed with about 1 ml nuclease free water and poured into the corresponding centrifuge tubes.
These six centerfuge tubes were subsequently centerfuged at 4 degrees C. at 12,00rpm 30seconds. each tube was then decanted and wicked without disturbing the supernatant.
6 mLs of Solution I was added to each tube and vortex-ed to re-suspend the pellet.
