The diffusion of the T7 polymerase is the simpliest design we are currently working on.
The T7 polymerase, produced in the emmitor cell, diffuse through the nanotubes and comes to activate the T7 amplifier in the receptor cell, triggering the signal response. This process is summed up in a basic scheme below:
The cloning plan has been established and we are currently building this system
