Results
1. Devices without leuB
Device 1 was successfully ligated and located on pSB1AT3, succeed in fluorescence examination.
Device 2 was successfully ligated and located on pSB1AK3, have quality problems because of part16 (S01010), is being reconstructed.
Device 3 was successfully ligated and located on pSB1AC3, cannot be examined until device 2 was correctly ligated.
2. *Devices contain leuB
*Device 1 was successfully ligated and located on pSB1C3, on the way to go fluorescence examination.
*Device 2 is being reconstructed.
*Device 3 is being reconstructed.
