Preperation of antibiotics stock
Antibiotic | Conc. (1000x) | Solvent |
Ampicillin | 100 mg/ml | Water |
Chloramphenicol | 34 mg/ml | Ethanol |
Kanamycin | 50 mg/ml | Water |
Filter sterilize them
Add 1 ul for each ml of media (Applicable for all the above antibiotics).
